The meal began with an assortment of unique bread – Yogurt Bread, Green Olives Bread, and Red Bell Pepper Bread, served with Mushroom and Truffle Butter and Smoked Butter. The variety of flavors set a promising start to the meal. The subsequent courses included Poultry Marinade, Codfish and Chickpeas, Croaker with Shrimp and Clam, and Veal with Vegetables, each dish showcasing the rich diversity of Portuguese cuis​​ce.
