Inspired by Pucini’s opera, “Madame Butterfly”, the vegetarian cuisine of Miss Saigon’s World is a unique project with more than 700 dishes already made and where every day we try to innovate, experiment and create. With a weekly menu where the dishes are different every day! Always a passionate adventure! As more and more vegetarians and vegan followers in the world are becoming more and more in the world, in the year 2016 it was the defining year for Miss Saigon’s kitchen to become a 100% vegan cuisine in a process that was gradual and conscious based on experience and learning. More than 80% of the products used are organic and always using the freshest, best quality ingredients and whenever possible of national production.
