Initially, the company ensured the connection between Carnaxide and Algés, in the municipality of Oeiras, through an animal traction vehicle, having, in the 30’s, acquired the first vehicle of mechanical traction. Over the years, Vimeca has been extending its connections to other locations, still in the municipality of Oeiras, always with a refusal to the train on the Cascais line, ensuring travel to Lisbon. Vimeca is a modern, privately owned company concerned with the constant demands of the market and with the commitment to provide a quality service.
