🍽️ I walked along the marginal or seafront to get to Feitoria Restaurant & Wine Bar, located in the Altis Belém Hotel & Spa, to get up an appetite for what was to be a mouth-watering journey through the art of Lisbon Michelin star fine dining!. Under the roof of Feitoria, every dish served is a celebration of the product’s origin, meticulously crafted by Chef André Cruz and his team. The restaurant’s philosophy is grounded in a profound respect for producers, ensuring that each ingredient tells its own story.

🌱 The Semente menu marks the beginning of a harmonious transition, reflecting his journey and experiences. Presented in four variations – Semente Roots, Semente Leaf, and two vegetarian versions – it’s clear that the emphasis is on the quality and seasonality of the ingredients. Opting for certified organic products from small producers, the menu beautifully balances animal and vegetable proteins, offering an author’s cuisine deeply rooted in Portuguese tradition.

His return to Feitoria as Souschef in 2015 marked a new era for the restaurant, with a stronger emphasis on sustainability, the importance of local producers, and a deep respect for the essence of each product.
